01 July 2008 ROSNO Appoints New Director for Irkutsk Branch — The new director of the Irkutsk-ROSNO branch of the company’s Siberian Directorate is Mr. Sergey Chipizubov, previously holding a position of the Deputy Director of the Eastern Siberian Directorate.
