Galina Talanova was born in Moscow.
She graduated from the Moscow Institute of Electrical Engineering and Communication, qualified as an economist-engineer.
In 2004 she graduated from the State University Management School (cum laude) and received MBA with the Higher School of Economics.
Galina Talanova has been working in ROSNO since 1996 and is a Deputy CEO since 2003. She was the Head of CEO Administration, Medical Insurance Center Director, and headed the Moscow Regional Directorate.
Currently Galina Talanova supervises the P&C Underwriting Block.
She has been a Board Member since May 2007.
