Dmitriy Vladimirovich Popov

Dmitri Popov was born in Moscow.

In 1990 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. Mr Popov holds a PhD degree in Physics and Mathematics.

Before 1996 was he engaged in science. Since 1996 Dmitri Popov has been working in ROSNO as a chief specialist, Head of Insurance Center, Deputy CEO, first Deputy CEO. He has been a Member of the Board since 2004.

Since January 1, 2008 Dmitri Popov is responsible for:

• claim handling;
• IT-strategy;
• policy issuance and administration;
• client management (call-centers, transaction centers);
• legal support to insurance operations, claim handling, litigation;
• government relations.

He also supervises recourses and business processes development.

He coordinates and supervises the activities of:

• Motor Claims Center;
• Motor Expertise Center;
• Personal and Property Claims Center;
• Insurance Documentation Center;
• Customer Servicing and Customer Support Center;
• Business Process Development Center;
• Legal Department;
• Information Systems and Technologies Center;
• Analysis, Monitoring, Methodology and Control Center;
• Government Relations Center.

Mr. Popov is married and has two children.
