Olga Krymova was born in Moscow.
In 1995 she graduated from the Academy of National Economy at the Government of the Russian Federation, with specialization in financial management.
Olga Krymova is a Member of the Association of Certified and Chartered Accountants (ACCA), Member of the Associate of Insurance Accounting and Finance of the Insurance Institute of America (AIAF).
In 1995-2004 Olga worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers where she started as an assistant and was promoted to an audit manager. She was engaged in the interaction with clients, auditing of large Russian financial institutions, consulting in strategic planning and risk management, due diligence of companies planned for mergers and acquisitions etc.
Olga Krymova joined ROSNO in 2004 as a Deputy CFO. She was responsible for the activity of financial and economic services, preparation of IFRS accounting and management reporting, she supervised the project for development of a uniform financial system of the Company, co-operated with external auditors and shareholders with regards to financial issues.
At the end of 2007 Olga Krymova was appointed a Deputy CEO and the CFO of ROSNO. She performs general management of the ROSNO financial activity, organizes cash management, placement of insurance reserves, management of corporate capital and budgeting.
Olga coordinates and supervises the work of financial and economic services of the Company, including:
- Chief Accountant;
- Treasury;
- Corporate Reporting Department;
- Financial Planning and Controlling Department;
- Risk Management Department;
- Actuarial Department;
- Labor and Payroll Department;
- Accounting and Statistical Reporting Department;
- Business Development Department;
- Internal Control Department.

Mrs. Krymova is married and has a son.
