In 2009, at the Annual Top Managers Forum «Future of Russian Insurance Market», ROSNO won the nominations «Unfailing Reliability and Transparency» and «Leader in Travellers' Insurance».

In 2009, ROSNO won the Second Annual Public Award «Russian Financial Pearl -2008» (Best retail financial services). IC ROSNO has won the nomination «Most Extensive Range of Insurance Services». This award represents a contest whereby the competent jury and the readers of the Family Budget magazine determine which companies are most worthy of recognition for their retail customer service.
This is not the first year that ROSNO has won this award. Last year, the company was awarded in the nomination «For the most incredible insured accident reimbursed by the insurer». This nomination was won due to the support provided by the company to the newly-born Russian citizen Sergey Korsakov. In September 2007, the company assumed all costs of medical services provided to this prematurely born baby in a Turkish clinic.
